BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This expert reviews cases in General Internal Medicine where the location of care may take place in the medical office, hospital or in the nursing home or assisted living home. This expert has particular experience as a Medical Director of a Nursing Home and has reviewed Cases such as falls, fractures, fall prevention, decubitus ulcers, preventable death cases, aspiration, use of restraints and questions of state or federal regulations.
